Courtyard Cottage is an elegantly styled and spacious property comfortably sleeping 4 guests within the centre of York. The property consists of a cosy front lounge with stylish blue velvet sofas and a wood burning stove – perfect for cosy winter nights in after a long day of shopping.
To the rear of the property is a sociable family room/dining kitchen with sofa, dining table and a “wow factor” kitchen with Nespresso machine. Benefitting from lots of light and opening out to the pretty rear courtyard, perfect in summer for al fresco dining or pre dinner drinks.
To the first floor is a grand master bedroom with sumptuous king size bed and a further second double bedroom looking out onto the courtyard. The modern family bathroom with shower and bath ensures you have everything you need for a perfect stay in York.
For those guests travelling by car there is on street permit parking to the front of the property. This is available for an additional fee of £10 per night.
York train station is just a ten minute walk from Courtyard Cottage for those wanting to leave the car at home.
The car parking space is in a secure gated area and conveniently located right next to the house, however it may not be suitable for very large cars. Please contact us for more information.
