YorGuest is a York-based Property Management company specialising in city and rural holiday homes across Yorkshire and is owned and managed by York businesswoman Lorraine Wilson. The business is founded on offering outstanding guest experiences and high-class, professional services to property owners looking to hand over the day to day running of their business to experts. YorGuest is already home to an impressive client base for a business that was only established in early 2020.

Our Managing Director Lorraine Wilson is well known on the business scene in York and was a finalist two years running in the York Women Mean Business Awards in 2018 and 2019. She entered the Self Catering Accommodation industry in early 2018 with one property and now operates 10 holiday lets in York and Warwickshire.

Our Operations Manager Phoebe Wilson has a wealth of experience in the property and hospitality industry, having previously worked in an estate agency, several York hotels and as an Office Manager for a small family run holiday let company, As a holiday let operator herself, Phoebe knows exactly what an owner/landlord wants.

Our Office Co Ordinator, Isabelle Garnett-White has spent many years in customer service roles, providing high quality service to customers. Isabelle is usually the first point of contact for our guests and will ensure their needs are met.

Our leadership team is supported by a team of highly experienced and dedicated housekeeping staff led by our Quality Control Manager Anita Snowden.

Despite the pandemic which hit the world and particularly the hospitality industry in 2020 we are proud that YorGuest, an all-female led start up business has become one of the leading holiday let management companies in York.
