Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Please check out on the day of your departure no later than 10:30 so we can clean and prepare the property for the next guests.
Depending on other bookings and our housekeeping schedule we are sometimes able to offer early or late check-outs at an additional charge, however this is not always possible.
How do I access the apartment?
We will send out check in details via email the day before check in. The check in details will include the access instructions.
We allow pets in some of our properties for an additional £25 per pet.
Please check that the property you have booked allows pets before booking.
No, all properties are situated in a quiet residential areas with families and young children. We DO NOT allow parties of any type. Parties or excessive loud music/noise can result in you being asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Please get in touch and we will happily provide you with an invoice for your stay.
How does the security deposit work?
Like most accommodation providers we ask for a security deposit. The security deposit is £250 and is a hold of funds on a credit/debit card which is then released 3 days after check-out.
If your check-in date and 3 days after your stay is longer than 7 days our card processing provider will re-authorise this £250 again as we can only hold funds for 7 days.
The security deposit will not show as a transaction, either when it’s held, or when it’s released, but will reflect in your available balance. Some banks may take an additional day for this available balance to show in your account.
Should we need to take money from your deposit we will explain why, this is only in instances such as lost keys, malicious damage, or smoking in the property. We would not take money from the deposit for minor breakages or without notifying you first.
