Other local attractions are Castle Hill ancient monument and Emley TV mast standing more than a staggering 1000 feet. Don’t stand to close though as it blew down in the 1970’s! Whilst there you might want to pop into the 3 Acres pub/restaurant that has an excellent reputation and has been in the same hands for 50 years.

For smaller bites you may want to consider ‘The Seed’ or ‘Blacker Hall Farm deli’ only just a few minutes away. Or how about ‘Yummy Yorkshire’ who specialise in ice cream! The list is endless.
