If you cancel within 30 days of booking, we will refund you minus a £30 admin fee. After 30 days, 50% of the booking fee applies. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, or if you do not show up, are charged the full reservation amount. If you booked through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, their cancellation policy will apply.
